Beer Style: Double India Pale Ale
ABV: 8,0% (33 cl.)
Where did I get it: Birthday present, thanks to Asger and Kasper.
Rating: 4 out of 5 bottle caps.
The appearance
Beautiful foam, white and fluffy. The beer is hazy and orange.
The aroma
Mango Feber presents a fresh and sweet scent. It has off course a fruity aroma which comes from the Amarillo and Mosaic hops.
The taste
The mouthfeel is great. The carbonation contributes to a crisp mouthfeel, and the hops add a bitter and tingling feeling.
The flavour of fruits appears as well in the taste. The abv is on 8,0%, and I can barely taste it, but appears as sweetness instead.
The aftertaste is quite sweet and in fact not that bitter.
The conclusion
Mosaic and Amarillo are some of my favourite hops, which brings fruits, grass and delicate bitterness to a beer.
Mango Feber DIPA is an another excellent beer from Brewski, and I am looking forward to tasting their Passion Feber in another review.
