Duft
Tung maltprofil – væsentlig sødme. Bitter aromahumle med en duft af grape og fyrnåle.

Smag
Stor mundfylde, balancerer perfekt mellem malt og humle. Smag af grape, græs og flora.
Eftersmagen er tør og langvarig.

Konklusion
En typisk West Coast IPA, der trækker på de amerikanske India Pale Ale traditioner. Megen bitterhumle, der ikke har så mange nuancer, men smager godt igennem af fed og ren humle. Den kandiserede sødme holder den bitre humle i skak, og jeg sidder og nyder hver tår af denne lækre IPA.

The aroma
Great smell of malty sweetness and a great aroma of grape and pine.

The taste
Hugh mouthfeel, perfect balance between malts and hops. Stone IPA has a taste of grape, grass and floral notes. The aftertaste is dry, bitter and quite long.

The conclusion
A great and a bit typical West Coast IPA. Lots of hops – at the bitter end of the scale. The bitterness does not have a lot of nuances but has this clean taste of all American hoppiness.
The malty sweetness and the hops go into a perfect symbiosis.
