Udseende
The Lady of Cofitachequi står orangegylden i glasset, skummet er kridhvidt, cremet og luftig.

Duft
Aromaen af græs, krydderier, citrus, appelsin og ananas bryder denne virkelige lækre IPA.

Smag
Det her er lækkerhed på flaske. Mundfylden er cremet, fuldfed og sticky. Bitterheden slår prompte til, og slår næsten mine smagsløg ud af kurs. Humlen breder sig i ganen og bagerst på tungen. The Lady of Cofitachequi er brygget med de tre mest elsklige humler: Citra, Amarillo og Simcoe, denne sammensætning slår aldrig fejl.
Smagen af græs, citrus og appelsiner er lige i øjet og så overdrevet lækker.
Eftersmagen bliver ved og ved, bitterhed og sødme fader lige så stille ud, men efterlader et uudsletteligt indtryk af ren humlefryd.

Konklusion
The Lady of Cofitachequi er godt håndværk. Det er en næsten på højde med The Dank Dane og Batch 1000 fra selv samme bryggeri.

Today I’m reviewing the second beer of Amager Bryghus’ series of American collaboration brews.
Amager Bryghus and Fonta Flora Brewery have brewed an India Pale Ale together, called The Lady of Cofitachequi.

The appearance
Wonderful hazy and orange colour. The head is white and beautiful.

The aroma
The Lady of Cofitachequi has an aroma of grass, spices, citrus, orange and pineapple. I could smell this beer all day long.

The taste
The Lady of Cofitachequi is a hop bomb! The mouthfeel is creamy and sticky. The bitterness is very punchy, and the flavour of the hops spreads to my tongue and palate.
The Lady of Cofitachequi is brewed with; Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo, and they are my all time favourite hops. Thereby it tastes of citrus and oranges and even have some tropical notes.
The aftertaste is incredible and with a bitter and sweet long lasting taste.

The conclusion
I absolute adore The Lady of Cofitachequi. Amager Bryghus and Fonta Flora Brewery have brewed an India Pale Ale for every hop enthusiast.
The combination of bitterness and sweetness is spot on and therefore make the perfect balanced IPA.
